Change the deafult page for Internet Explorer

Internet Explorer loads the file C:\windows\system\blank.htm if the homesite isn't availa
That can be changed by following this procedure:

1. Start > Run >  Regedit
2. Browse to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ Software\ Microsoft\ Internet Explorer\ Main
3. Open "Local Page"
4. Enter the file name to be used.
