Error - Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file

The problem occur when you copy EXE file from windows server 2003 to other server of Xp.
seems that the copied file has a blocked property.
This security feature can be disabled:
1. right click the EXE file and open poperties.
2. in the general tab click the 'Unblock' button.
