Windows 7 rename multiple files

1. Open the folder where all the files for renaming located.
2. Select the files needed to rename.
3. Press F2 or right click one of the files < select rename while Keeping all files selected.
4. Rename to the needed prefix.
5. All files should be renamed with countered value now.
