automate IE7 to open EXE files

in order to avoid  taking an action every time you open exe file please do this:

1. click Start-Run Regedit
2. Go to Hkey_Classes_Root and check for exefile
3. Change the EditFlags value from d8 07 01 00 to d8 07 00 00
